What is the device you play Hotel Hideaway on?
@GrandSam16
Mostly on my PC or sometime on my laptop
Minecraft, without hesitation!! 🤩 I love GTA V, The Sims 4 and Layers of Fear too!
@Naymless42
Is layers of fear scary enough?
The ambiance is pretty scary, so I'd say yes, it's really a good game! I love how the story is told, how the mystery and the suspense is made, we don't really know what's happening and it makes the player confused, just like the main character.
I love video games!! I have a Wii I really enjoy playing Mario Kart. ❤ I've grown up with Super Mario and Saga games
@Leanna3333
Do you still play them?
Yep sure do 😊 still have the orginal gaming system and all the games
@GrandSam16
Terraria -> Open-world adventure with fun combat
Titanfall 2 -> An FPS game With really fun movement mechanics
TABG -> A really stupid and silly FPS battle royale
TF2 -> Simply a classic
@NeonGlass
You like First-person games?
@GrandSam16 of course, I forgot to mention the first doom games, I love those because they are just plain amazing
@GrandSam16
My absolute favorite games definitely have to be the Xenoblade series and the Trails series. They both have absolutely incredible storytelling and worldbuilding, as well as some of the best combat systems I've experienced in RPGs.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and Trails of Cold Steel IV in particular made me really emotional and even tear up during certain scenes. And I also really loved how the story of Xenoblade 3 delved into deep topics like what it meant to be alive, what makes life worth living, and how one can find a purpose in life outside of society's constraints, even in the face of one's own mortality.
Hey guys hope you are doing well
My favorite games are : Crysis, Hitman, Medal of honor, Fear, Dead space and Call of duty
My favs are Sims 2 and Bomberman

Fallout franchise-
I love games where you can do things in them that you can't in reality. The game is gorgeous and the story is even more so. Fable 3 also has Liam Neeson as the voice actor of your father. I get to help people and that's pretty much the theme for many games I play.
Fable franchise -
Same reason as above but also has Victorian style buildings and clothing. Absolutely gorgeous game. It also has a few big names doing voice over such as in Fable 3 with Simon Pegg. In the Fable franchise, the voice of Theresa (the blind seer) is Zoe Wanamaker known for one of my most favourite shows "My Family" of which she plays Susan Harper. The story to the franchise is just *chef's kiss*.
Skyrim Elder Scrolls V -
Graphics are amazing, for its time. The gameplay is a bit clunky but it's well worth it. I've played it over and over so many times I know how to make money relatively quickly which is also a plus. I haven't finished this game as of yet as I don't have the heart to. I don't particularly want to take sides with a faction 😅
There are others but I don't want to bore anyone and take up the thread.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope you all have a wonderful day 😊

I've really been into Overwatch 2 lately. But my favorites include Hitman (the whole series basically), Resident Evil (some of the series), Sims 4 (with many extensions), Spore, and Harvest Moon: Animal Parade. I do enjoy Dead by Daylight, Rainbow 6 Siege, and the Call of Duty franchise, but they can oftentimes be toxic. They're just fun to play with friends mainly in my opinion.
@1ofakindV
Hi! I don't play the last few games you mentioned, so I am curious about the way in which they're toxic. Is it the online communities? Curious to hear more about your experiences.
That’s okay! Basically, if you’re bad at the game or don’t do as well, sometimes online people will message you or say mean or toxic things. Even if you win matches or are good, many online people still find reasons to talk bad about you.
@1ofakindV
That sucks!
Sounds like the opposite of sharing something in common and enjoying it together as a way to spend time with new people. So weird people act that way...I can't imagine this level of hate in a hobby like woodworking or cooking.
I can understand why you'd stick to playing those games with your friends.
@orangeTree959 Thank you for responding! With friends, it's easier to laugh and joke it off. My friends are also great at defending me or just all of us in general so I appreciate it. I feel bad for those who just want to relax and play games and get crapped on for not doing as well as others etc. I hope people learn how to be more compassionate toward others.
@1ofakindV
Yeah that behavior is really mean. I imagine those people aren't very happy in their real lives if they're acting that way. I've noticed people tend to lash out while they're in pain.
It sounds like, for you, gaming is an activity integrated with your real relationships. It's hard for me to see those mean-spirited gamers being able to sustain close friendships w a mindset like theirs. So maybe they're (irritable) gamers first and people last. Lol
@GrandSam16
Skyrim a great escape from reality.
