Things I feel more relaxed when doing it,
My hobbies are reading new books and running. Trust me when I run, I forget I have anything I'm dealing with
@TALK2JD i dont know if it counts as a hobby but im a boxer so most of my time is spent training
@TALK2JD Hobbies for me are activities which I enjoy doing and which brings either a sense of contentment, peace, relaxation or a sense of fun, excitement, happiness, rejuvenation. It is not something where I have to force myself to go do it. Infact it is the opposite.
