I like to draw and paint.

It is relaxing and calms me down when I feel overwhelmed.

I'm glad you have a healthy coping strategy. I think engaging in any form of art helps a lot when we feel overwhelmed.👍💛

Wow, you must be really good at 🎨 especially if you have practiced a lot over the years.
