what should i do?
i developed a habit of day-night reversal for a long time. During holidays, i'll stay up till 3:00 at midnight and get up in afternoon.
But at school days, i have to wake up at 7:00, so i could feel sleepy easily and continue to sleep till afternoon when i get home after class. that makes me feel harder to fall asleep at night, so i will stay up again, and continue to circulate that reversing routine..
what should i do to break that reversing routine and form a good sleeping habit ?

What I would suggest is that you can try to get away with your phone or the whatever stuff you are doing when you stay up late. Try not to let them distract your sleep. Don't feel too stressed out because stress disturbs your sleep pattern as well. Maybe find a weekend and forces yourself not to sleep during daytime and you may sleep early at night, like how I would do to get over jet leg. If things don't work out for you, maybe try to get help from experts or your parents. I truly wish your sleep pattern can be normalized soon!
