Sleep problems...

Hi

I have a habit of either sleeping too much (at extreme i might sleep 2 days..) or i don't sleep at all (at extreme i'll be awake untill i pass out..so about 2-3 days..)

Does anyone have tips how i could get my sleeping patters even slightly better..?

@EyesSoEmpty I don't know if this might be helpful although I have tried it a few times and it helps a little bit but here's what I got.

If you are trying to fall asleep, maybe do some sort of excercise before bed so that way your body is super tired which might make things easier (my dad's advice). What I do is about 15 sit ups and repeat this three times each. If you have small weights, put them by your bed and lift them (one in each arm) 15 times and repeat three times. Maybe even do some quiet yoga stretches (look for ones that are calming and not energizing online).

Another thing I do is listen to calm recordings while I'm trying to fall asleep. I don't always do this because I might fall asleep during this and get tangled in the cords of my earbuds-which slightly scares me since I don't want to choke, but sometimes its helpful.

@FantasiaSweetShock I actually get hyper when i excercise so it doesn't really help...

Music helps me sometimes but not always because my mind gets distracted very easily and i start analyzing the song..weird i know.. but thanks tho :)
