Insomnia and Sleeping

Not so much a managing emotions thread but I'm not sure a better option. Anyone have any suggestions for trying to fix bad sleeping patterns, or to help insomnia without using medication? :)

A bad sleeping pattern could be fixed by staying up all night and day but that is rough. A good natural sleep aid is to get exercise and eat well.
