I actually had to look up what type of diets those were.. But now I am totally aware of what they are, I guess I just never heard them "coined" in that term before. I know things change and are "new" every day when it comes to Healthy Living.

They both are really healthy in terms of the foods that are eaten and can surely help with living a healthier lifestyle as well as producing healthier changes within the body itself.
