Update on myself
Hi it's been a week since I originally posted about wanting to get back into being active.Since then I have been getting feedback on here and reddit to help me out.I have been averaging at least 3,000 steps per day and working out 3 days a week along with eating better foods and counting my calories.I would just to thank everyone who showed me support on my original post thank you and I'll be sure to update you on my progress or whether I'm stuck and need help.

@Shortasiankid Yayyyy!!!! Good for you!! So many don't do this because the hardest part is the FIRST STEP and you did it! We have to get over that hump, change our lifestyle with baby steps and it becomes a habit. You rock!
