Are you wanting to lose some weight this month? Here is where we can support one another with losing weight in March 2024!
This will be a healthy weight loss goal, that will end on Easter (March 31st, 2024).
Easter can be a great day to celebrate our progress.

This can be a goal to aspire towards for those who want to put in a healthy effort to challenge themselves. (Losing 1-2lbs a week is a goal that is safe, doable & sustainable).
I too am going to challenge myself up until Easter Day. When I can then enjoy a wonderful Easter dinner with my family.

I took my time in the beginning of the month & then things finished up quite well as we came to a close. I was happy with my results. And proud of my efforts.

I would have hoped for more progress.
I am going to extend my goals to become lighter for June 2024, in time for the summer. Summer slim-down!!!
