Well the 1st day has started out ok 👍
Rode 🚴♀️ my push bike 32km to work today, exercise done ✅, ate healthy breakfast and lunch but lost it a bit this afternoon ❌. No alcohol ✅
Today I am feeling positive, enjoyed my day at work and am looking forward to getting home to do my 10 deep breathing exercises.
I am actually ok 👍 today.
