Exercise and Healthier Eating
I have found that sticking to an exercise routine and eating more healthy has made a significant difference in my overall health. Making slow changes to get to what works for me for cardio and weight training in addition to eating more healthy has been effective. Helping my physical health has helped my mental health. I strongly recommend at least a cardio (that works for you) exercise routine and healthier eating to help your overall health.

Great job at working on incorporating and living a healthier lifestyle for yourself. Certainly eating better helps our bodies to feel good and improve from the inside out. And the better we feel, the better we perform physically, mentally and emotionally. It all goes hand-in-hand!
