Help with weight
I need help.
I have always been a big girl. I don't ever remember me being skinny. I've always just got on with it you know?
I've tried many diets over the years. Managed to loose a few pounds here and there but there was always some excuse to not carry on.
I was sat on my bed today and I looked down at my knees/legs and thought to myself "you are disgusting, you need to loose weight". I know I need to for health too, it's not just my head.
But I need help. I've realised that although I know I need to do this, there's always a part of me fighting it.
How can I get over this?
What mental help can I get to help me physically.
I'm not sure if any of this makes sense with how I've written it, but I think I've just broken looking at myself.

Maybe you can go to a nutrionist since each body is different so what can help someone doesnt work for other, in general try not to stop eating but eat healthier and as the other comment said do the exercise you like the most, good luck

So in high school, I was skinny... after high school... I didn't care about what I ate or exercise. I ended up having 3 kids and the pounds just kept coming. I too tried diet after diet new fads new exercise programs... Fast forward to last week when I went to my doctors for a checkup and found out I have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, low vitamin d, and "need to lose weight to be in healthy range". Now I am on medication and learning tips to change lifestyle.
But health-wise set aside... love your body in any shape or form. If you want a change then talk to a nutritionist and figure out what you need to do to get to where you want to be. Figure out what you want and love yourself. I don't know you but I bet you're gorgeous.... just like the post above says. Stay positive and keep us updated! Have a good day or night!
