Hope you're doing well!

Just posting in to remind you to get in your movement of the day. Your future self will be so thankful you decided to show up for yourself today! You don't have to get in a 60 minute session at the gym. Go for a walk with a friend or wind down with some yoga at home. Any movement counts!

Absolutely agree! EVERY STEP COUNTS! No matter what movement we are doing & incorporating into our day! 

Starting out small and getting in what we can can helps us to feel better mentally emotionally & physically! Whether it’s 10 minutes, 30, or 60. It all adds up & counts!
