I am going for more walks more frequently and I am dancing more, but one thing I will try to do more is stretching and maybe try yoga out :p

i also forgot to add that I am gonna try to swim as much as can (hopefully all the way till my birthday) π

That is so awesome that you are walking and dancing more! Two of my loved activities. As well as swimming! I love the water~
That is great that you are going to be trying more stretching as well such as Yoga. Its so important to stretch! I think most people don't realize how important that can be. Especially in being more physically limber and helping to prevent injuries when you do other activities.

π I need to stretch again as I have lost some of my flexibility and I need to get it back. And yes water is too fun ahaha. And youβre welcome π
@PoliteOcean i'm going to try going out for more walks with my dog ! maybe i will even be able to help others walk their dogs and earn some money :) i'm also going to be volunteering every week for a bunny rescue shelter (i have to earn volunteering hours for school haha) and i have to clean so it will be quite a work out as well ! <3

Hey there~ That is great that you are going to start taking more walks with your dog! That is one of my favorite activities. It gets us both out of the house, and gets us both activity at the same time. But that is an awesome that you are also considering getting others involved in doing the same as well! (and possibly earning some money while your at it). And how nice that you will also putting in some volunteering time with a bunny rescue. Sounds really cute. Seems like you will be getting in a very good bit of activity doing all of these amazing things! Please let us know how this all goes for you! And thank you for sharing your 2022 goals with us!

2022 is going to be a big year for me! This year I really want to gain some healthy weight with weightlifting. This includes a good and maintained gymming routine but also learning how to properly diet and get nutrition to help my body recover and actually grow.
I'm hoping to gain a healthy 20 pounds (which seems like a lot!) but not all at once.

Hey there Sunny that is great that you are going to be working on some strength-training for yourself. That is a really great activity with lots of great benefits!... And thats awesome that you are going to be working on and incorporating some steps to create a routine for yourself to get it done. Proper diet and nutrition are amazing first steps to include and work around your gym time routine to help you to get to where are you working towards being! Hello Polite ! . I am kinda late in replying to this post as the year 2022 is almost 50 percent over . Still if I have to share my fitness goals , it would be as under :
Do cycling daily , practice meditation daily and become a calmer person :).
