I’ve been thinking about getting into yoga because I heard it has a lot of great benefits, I was wondering if anyone hear practices yoga and could maybe give some tips or anything to help

@victoriousFlower6692 hi there! so happy to hear about your interest in yoga. i myself love to do yoga :)
i think the best tip i can give you is to not judge what yoga "should" be like! when i started i thought yoga has to be this super difficult, sort of exhausting type of movement and felt a little discouraged. know that yoga is about doing what feels good, and even 10 minutes of stretching and breathing a little deeper counts as a practice.
the best account ive found is "yoga with adriene" - she does amazing yoga flows for beginners!

If you don’t have a yoga mat, use the biggest thickest towel you have. Have fun, yoga can feel and be very healing.
