Hey! Fall is already here as well as the chilly weather. For me it means decreasing sport activity.

What activities do you do this time to keep you fit? Share your tips!

I don't really exercise outside because of the cold air, but I go for a walk often and play volleyball in the school gym nearly every afternoon.

@GettingUp

Hey there!

I find activity can be a little more challenging as fall and winter months set in, because I can't do as much outside as I'd like to... Such as swimming and walking.

I still try to take advantage of walking outdoors when the sunshine is out and the temperature is at a certain degree.

What I do most during this time of year to help combat it all is participate in "group fitness" classes.. I'm a Zumba Instructor as well as I teach some other formats. But I'm only actively teaching Zumba classes at the moment.. So I pretty much have that, and also participate in other classes when I'm not teaching.

I find that its a great way to keep myself accountable during the colder months is by working out doing other things that I like "indoors" and with other "like-minded" people that share the same interests.

I mainly follow football games, basketball, volleyball and tennis. These days interesting sports tournaments are broadcast on TV. Who is watching what kind of sport? And also one of my favorite basketball teams will play in a day. I am thinking of signing a little money on a bet with 1xbit https://1xbit.com/en/, and maybe get paid.
