Yes absolutely agree…. I always feel better all around when my overall well-being is clutter free…Whether it’s my personal space around me, or my head-space….
But also having a clean, clutter-free personal space leads to my mind/headspace being & feeling clutter free as well! Which sets me up for positivity & wellness all around.
Which inevitably leads to better overall well-being, productivity, & health.
