How to glow up emotionally?

Hi! For the past days, Iโ€™ve been consumed by my overthinking and negative thoughts. Iโ€™ve been numb and irritable as well. I want to find some ways to combat them. Any advice will be of great help. Thank you in advance!

overthinking is a tough one to stop when you actively try it seems to speed up the process of overthinking.... the best item for both is distraction ....

i mean keep busy....... find a hobby or when you start overthinking or focusing on something find an activity to do that requires concentration and focus... does not give you time to dwell on it

Maybe, you could try to write your thoughts in a specific book or just in a piece of paper. After that, take a deep breath and read again your written thoughts. Try to ask yourself some questions like this:


1. How do you feel now?

(To check yourself after write the negative thoughts)


2. What are good things you do in this situation? How about the bad one?

(To appreciate yourself about self-control you do)


3. Do you want to keep it or leave it?

(To see yourself, how do you deal with negative thougths from time to time)


'Cause I often write in a specific book, I'd rather to keep it. I think it'll be good, as a self-control journal (?)

Keep yourself busy in doing something you like or gardening, cleaning or any hobby that makes you smile. Also you can take walk , listen to music, dance. Just enjoy the moment by doing something creative and constructive whenever you start to overthink. I hope it helps.
