Something I learned: Us humans, are much more genetically related to chimpanzees than chimpanzees are to gorillas!!

I just learned that:

mental contrasting
combined with
implementation intentions
(MCII)

can help overcome procrastination.

It may have other benefits too.

I tried it and it worked so far.
