April 15 - May 15 Adult Group Moderator's (Emergency Form) Report
Hi all! Just thought I would drop in a new report to describe and highlight how we are doing with group modding from the emergency request forums. You can view the full statistics on the actual document, but here are some highlights!
*Healthy Living, Member Hangout, Mindfulness, and School & College Support have had zero moderation requests since Feb 1st!
*Share Your Story dropped 100% from the last reporting period to zero moderation requests
*Anxiety Support requests dropped 92% in this reporting period from an average of 154 requests a month, to 12.
*LGBTQ+, MCR, and Thinking Space all dropped significantly to below 10 requests each this month
*There was an overall 54% decrease in the average per month moderation requests this past month
*Our cleared response score is up 7% this month :D
*Depression Support 1 requests jumped about 19%, from 69 to 82/month keep in mind though, the room was badgelocked this month, so we'll likely see a decrease
*Since Feb 1st, we have had 1520 moderation requests.
*27% of the requests made were False reports, No rule violations, or duplicate reports.
*Depression Support Rooms and Welcome and Support were our toughest rooms this month taking 70% or 146 of the 207 requests we have. Basically these rooms still need some love, cookies, and attention.
*We missed 35% of requests made. Shall we set a goal of 30% to try and lower that?
Happy Modding!
@CalmSunset - This is super interesting, thanks for sharing! Where is the emergency mod form found? Do you think people in general know where it is and how to request a mod?
@Anomalia
The form to fill out is linked in every regular group support chatroom rules, and people definitely know that it exists and I always remind them too. Is it used all the time when it should be? No, that is why we have to do proactive patrol also along with the form.
@CalmSunset - Good to know! I'm not super active in group support, so I'm never sure what is common knowledge and what isn't, but this sounds like it's working well!
