What helps grieving?

What can you do to support someone who lost their mother every recently? Can you share what you think would help ? If you are someone grieving you dear ones loss , i am veeery sorry you are hurting. Senting a tonne of warm hugs if you need them .

@Dirtshine just let them know you are here for them ❤ little kind geatures like sending flowers, or a simple message. Grieving effects us all in different ways, it's important to let them know what their feeling is normal and ok. Distraction is good too ❤

@Tinywhisper11 , yes that does make sense , it's important to know grieving is a process , am all emotions from anger to grief is valid. Letting one know it okay is important. Thankyou tiny 🫂

If you are trying to help someone else  sometimes it is a good release to have them tell you all the funny and happy stories about their mom.... even if you know some let them tell you again and show them they can remember and keep their memory alive by thinking of these times....

@toughTiger6481 , remembering all memories of someone who passed away  really helps to vent out emotions . Being their and making it a conversation might help to concentrate more on rejoicing the time spent  with them , than on  the pain that comes with it . Thank you ❤️❤️
