Said goodbye to my kitty today and I'm having a hard time coping

Today I had to say goodbye to my kitty, best friend, very unexpectedly, only 2.5 weeks after saying goodbye to anothet pet. I've been going through a hard time for the past month or so and honestly, this is just the last thing that I need right now.
I could really just use some words of encouragement or any advice on how to even begin processing this if that's even possible.
