Be myself more

Be happier

Task: make a thread/comment below 3 good things about you (yays) and 3 things about yourself you can improve on (nays). Mabey tag others for them to try it out too. I hope that some listeners look at this post. Do the yay & nay challenge! Get started!

I'm proud of myself because...

I'm starting a new chapter in my life.

I've taken the first steps to a healthier mind and body.

I won't let anything or anyone break me.

I'm learning to...

Eradicate bad/unhealthy habits; creating healthy thoughts, habits, and coping mechanisms.

Open up to people.

Accept and love myself.

Three Yays

→ I am very passionate and determined.
→ I love learning.
→ I can draw inspiration from a lot of people and things.

Three Nays I have Goals for

→ Continue to manage my perfectionism.
→ Work on how to break out of times where I feel paralysed from stress.
→ Do my best to manage the emotional disturbances my physical health condition can create.
