Hey hey @KatieTheBigRockOne, a great question to reflect on something positively uplifting hehe. A recent happy memory was spending time with a dear friend. ❤️

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou Thankyou for this :), I'm glad to hear your time was well spent with a dear friend 💙

I've really enjoyed spending time with my grandparents and receiving a plant from them as a gift ☺️

@KatieTheBigRockOne

I had an awesome work day because of my absolutely hilarious and adoring co-workers that I work with :) One of the days I truly didn't mind working hard!!

Taking a walk with my sister at a local park. I hadn't been getting out and doing very much, but she got me out of the house.

@KatieTheBigRockOne Making me and my exes stuffies talk over the phone to each other. I really miss him and he always made me laugh and now I can't stop crying about it.

@friendlyDay5809 Sometimes the best memories are the most painful ones, it's okay to mourn for them and be upset over them. It sounds like a very sweet memory

But honouring those memories mean making more and hopefully enjoying them just as much:) hopefully you can look back on that time some day and smile instead

cheesepasta November 1st, 2022

Well, one day i was really depressed at home and had been crying for 2 hrs straight and felt like my eyes we're going to bulge out of their sockets so i went to the kitchen and made pasta. It was surprisingly good as I don't cook, like at all. It's the best pasta I ever tasted istg. I was so proud of myself that I had the biggest smile while eating it. I was so happy I couldn't stop smiling.

@cheesepasta The way you worded this memory was very heartfelt, I can almost feel your happiness with what you made. Sometimes a little food and care can bring us out of those rough spots. Perphaps you could cook more for yourself :), I hope you keep taking care
