You Are Not Your Issues
I think a really big issue faced by people with anxiety and depression is that they're somehow damaged because of the issues they experience. The reality of the situation is that this isn't even close to being true. You are not your issues! Just remember that when you feel sad, anxious, panicky, scared, alone, or depressed, that doesn't reflect on you as a human. You are still wonderful, beautiful, loved, and worthy of all the best in life.

mind if i disagree with this but depression or anxiety sure do change us as humans
most of our actions are related to how we feel :/
i wouldve gotten my coffee a lot faster if i havent been trying to remember how to say it without making an embarrassing scene

Thank you for this post :). It is a wonderful reminder that although difficult experiences, and sometimes labels can describe what is happening to us and can effect us deeply, they do not sum up who we are or define us.
