The brilliant Gratitude Challenge post by @Roadie sparked this idea, why not have a thread dedicated to thanking others!
You can use this thread to thank anyone, whether it be a community member here on the Cups or someone who's impacted you in real life! There's no limits to gratitude so you can thank them for anything at all, from their awesome existence or to their kind words making you smile -- and everything in between!
So, come on, let's go and start the gratitude flowing around this thread!
I'd like to thank my parents and my boyfriend for loving me when it's hard to.
I'd like to thank my parents for letting me live with them while I sort out my marriage and wait to start working.
I'd like to thank my husband whom, despite breaking my heart and spirit, has contributed in helping me find my strength and seeing my worth.
I want to thank God for everything he has done for me. His help, for him to never leave my side, for always being there for me in my hardest time, for never stop supporting and always forgiving me.

Oh! There's so many I need to thank to,..
But for the time being,.. I would say it's just one person,.. my mentor,.. my teacher,.. my reason,.. why i have not given up as yet,.. who fills for me the dearth of affection,.. who listens to me and my stories with a keen interest,.. who urges me to never give up,.. who loves me for who i am,.. who knows how much I love her and reciprocates,.. who i know would be the first person to be standing in the line as i publish my first book,. and would be the most happy as i leave this cage i am a part of right now,.. cannot stop thanking her,.. she's made me who i am today,.. she's made me dream again,.. and made me the protagonist of my story yet again,.. and for everything,.. for making me not so fearful of the concept of love and for breaking down my walls of fear,hopelessness and helplessness,.. it is for u that i live,.. for u i love,.. for u i laugh,..

I want to thank God for being so benevolent and Loving and always taking care of me and protecting me.
I want to thank my love for always standing by my side no matter how difficult it is and putting up with my craziness
I want to thank my family for always making me feel like I have a place to turn to
I want to thank a special friend of mine and apologise to him too
I want to thank the people here at seven cups of tea for all their good work and making me realise so many things
I want to thank all the amazing people here.. stay awesome
I also want to thank all the people who have hurt me and betrayed my trust. you have truly taught me important lessons in life.
And thanks to all the teachers who have nurtured me
Thanks to my dad for teaching me to work hard and try my best in everything I do. I learned to be humble because I have an amazing dad who rarely complains about anything, he is kind and caring as well as supportive. I'd like to say thanks to my dad for reaching out to his family and allowing them to vent to him and speak to him whenever they needed someone.

@hopefulWaterfall35 I don't have him at all. It's the mistakes he made. That made me the father I am. As a father your post spoke to me. Made me glad I found a way to be a good dad.
@Chrismicek1 I'm so sorry you don't have yours. Losing my dad is my worst fear... I cry about it a ton... he's my favorite person and we are so much alike. After all, I was born 2 days before his 30th and he always gave me crap about that

the hardest thing about my dad is communication trying to get his attention he never listens to me it makes me uspet and hes only 57 and this week my dad is very sick unable to talk it makes me very concerned during january 2016 i always kept him in prayer i hope we talk soon and i like what you said Leaning on a dad is good a dad would be a king and im without my mom thats so you know bye

Thank you to the boyfriend that's having a hard time loving me right now. I've put him through hell and I don't know how I'm still lucky to have him. 5 years together and we've been through thick and thin and I could by be more thankful.
