Journaling helps me relax. Specifically, food makes me happy.

A positive affirmation I feel aligned with today is : I can do this. It might look hard but it seems easy once you try.

A thing I love about daily life is that I get to eat food and have access to the internet. There are many people in this world especially the poorer countries that have a lack of these facilities. I am grateful for what I have.
