Laura & Heather has given up their daily lives just to uphold the betterment of this community, just to shape this social revolution for creating a better world and a better tomorrow. They have shown us the true meaning of Love.
The Community celebrated the first-ever Community Manager Appreciation Day, in the Listener Shoutout thread, Jan. 27, 2015.

It's difficult to even imagine the unending work going on here in multiple dimensions. Laura and Heather are the leaders, supporters and friends and managing this world of compassion, love and care so beautifully, everything is going on so smoothly and in a supportive manner. Thanks Laura and Haether! You are just increadibly beautiful souls!

When things are hard or challenging at 7 Cups, you all energize and believe in me. Through my time here, I too have grown along side you and with you. This is our collective journey to change ourselves to be the best versions of our selvesevery day and to change the world. My job here to facilitate emotional growth of the entire community and then use our growth to help change the world to make it a better, more emotionally open and fearless place.
Every week, when I look at the #'s of the dashboard, I get giddy, excited with how much supportwe have given those in need as a unit. I truly believe in the mission of 7 Cups, all of you as individuals and our collective ability to change the way the world gets support and thinks about support.
Your kind words are a reflection of you and the work you have done. Every cheer, every personal growth moment, that is YOURS to take ownership. I am here to help you grow, to encourage you to think outside the box and to be emotionally fearless.
