@Starmedia My three most important goals are hard to narrow down because I have enough of them that all fall under de-stressing. One goal is to be asleep early and up early for my other goal to go for a walk and do gentle yoga early in the morning. I want to do art more regularly as well as other creative things that I like. And be gentler with exercise while I am recovering from stress.
❤️I'm doing great right now! Just finished a workout, felt so energised and happy! 🌹🌹🌹 ❤️3 most important goals in life right now would be : 1) financial stability, so i can help my dad and my family out when things are difficult... 2) leaner body, more health and energy through workout, clean eating.... 3) better at jazz theory and music theory in general so i can advance in music knowledge!

Doing alright, could be better but I am being patient with myself

1. Get good percentage in my boards
2. Get a college of my choice (related with 1st goal)
3. Heal myself and take out time for myself

💜 I'm kind of antsy today.
💜 1) Sort out the changes to my new living situation. 2) Address my abusive family's desire to get me to come back "home" while not letting them find me. 3) Undo all of the unhealthy "conditioning" they did to me over the course of my lifetime.

Sort out changes, Addressing family's desires while protecting yourself, undoing unhealthy conditioning. Today I'm doing alright, but it's better than yesterday so I know tomorrow will be better. I keep my hopes up:)
My 3 most important goals in life right now are...
1. To piroritse my mental health
2. To never give up on job applications
3. To be more patient
Today I am doing better than the past few days. I am hoping to continue to feel even better. My three most important goals right now are: 1. To stop myself from worrying and overthinking so much 2. Prioritize myself more 3. Focus on finding new distractions like hobbies

I've been doing phenomenal. I've really grown and matured in terms of mental health, and I feel ready to take on the world! My goals right now are to get a driver's license, get a job, and ask my crush out! (Hopefully all will be done by the end of the year 😋!)

Thank you for such a welcoming prompt 😊 I'm doing well today! It was a weird week, but weird is necessary for growth sometimes! My most important goals are preparing for the livestream show this weekend, cleaning the house, and making a budget! Hope your day is excellent :)
