forcing vs letting be

Sometimes when you stop forcing things to happen, they end up happening on their own and in a better way than what you have imagined. And if they don't happen, it's still not worth getting yourself down for.

Don't know.

It's difficult because I hear what you're saying and to an extent, you're right. I, for one, suffer from anxiety so letting go is a challenge. Letting things just happen doesn't mean that bad things are going to happen but it is what it is.
It's still a difficult thing for some of us, maybe all of us to do.
I am totally guilty of this. The mentality that I have to just keep working harder and harder, and if something doesn't happen the way I want (whether it's actually under my control or not) I blame myself for not trying hard enough. But recently there have been a lot of things that have changed in my life that are so completely out of my control it has challenged my former mentality, and I've had to learn to let a lot go.
I still struggle with it, but I can recognize the power in it.

in my life, u cant make anything happen. if i try, whatever is supposed to happen, happens anyway.
