One Month...
Here are some thoughts I posted on my feed. I wanted y'all to know how much 7 Cups has helped.
I could faint! I just took one of those mood tests that come up periodically on your growth path. I scored 0% on anxiety and stress and 9% on depression, all within the normal range. I scored 55% on sadness, which is within the moderate range. This is such a far cry from where I was a month ago. Although I'm fortunate enough to have an insurance company that provides a couple of programs which have helped, I also have to give a huge amount of credit to 7 Cups. Everything here goes along perfectly with what I'm doing in my other programs. I never dreamed that I would make so much progress in only a month. I thought it would take years or months, not weeks. I am so blessed! Thanks to all of you who are part of my journey!
@BridgetAileen, I am greatful that you are feeling better. And it's all due to your persistence in learning how to care about yourself in the best way possible. I'm proud how much progress you've achieved in such short span of time! And privileged that I could be beside you as a member to witness your journey.
🎶 You're a shooting star leaping through the skies / Like a tiger defying the laws of gravity 🎶
If you may have worse days in the future, moments of doubts and fainter hope, please remember they don't invalid your progress. Not even in the slightest way, lovely. You've overcome so much and it is still not the end of your streak of awesomeness ^^
Sending to you all my love!
*hugs*
@Celaeno I've been very surprised at how soon the darkness started to lift. I really didn't think it would be in a little less than a month.
I fully expect that there will be days that depression visits. I know there will be situations that are difficult or make me anxious. But I also expect that I will use the tools that I've learned to keep those times to short duration rather than letting them drag me down for months or years.
I'm so happy to be walking this journey with you, Celaeano. Not just happy, but honored. Know that I hope to be a support to you when you need one just as you've been a support to me when I needed one. I'm also always happy to share anything I've learned or how my journey is unfolding. Hearing about what others are doing and how they're progressing is always so encouraging to me.
I appreciate you so very much, my dear.
