Some comfort foods that may help improve my mood include: Chocolate Ice cream Macaroni and cheese Pizza Mashed potatoes Grilled cheese sandwich Chicken noodle soup Fried chicken Cookies Brownies As I have a 5 meals a day (like here: https://betterme.world/articles/5-meals-a-day/) that ones is for me everytime. Especially chicken noodle soup!
