I am doing well! How are you keeping? After a challenging day, I just like to sit in my garden and bask in its glory. The peace and tranquility does wonders! Even more, add a cup of tea and it gets even better!
I try to incorporate mindfulness techniques when dealing with overwhelming emotions whenever possible. That is, staying anchored in the present moment observing my emotions without passing judgement on myself.
I sincerely appreciate your lovely post and I look forward to more from you! Keep up the fantastic work. ⭐

@Mellifluous11 congratulations on your first forum post 😊 what keeps me going is the love I have for my family, the drive I have to be there for them, to support and love, the vibrancy and imagination of my four nephews and the endless shenanigans of my niece, my faith, the ability to always find time to laugh ♥️ what helps with overwhelming emotions is distance, distraction, knowing they are temporary and knowing i am ok and stronger than i give myself credit for and i don't need to have all the answers to hand 🤗
