Embracing Change With All Arms Open!

Hey You Hopeful People! 😊❤️

I hope you are all doing well!

So yeah! It took me another four weeks to share my heart out with you lovely, amazing cheerful people out there!

I am a newbie on 7 cups and this is my second post! (Well I didn't get much responses on my first one hehehe😛 so you guys know what I am demanding 🤣)

Anyways! Coming to why I am writing this post!

I just thought to discuss about a theme Embracing Change which is so wide in itself and regularly post some content about it!

What if I tell you that you can change yourself?

What if I tell you that you can learn resilience?

What if I tell you that you can turn your resilience into anti-fragility?

What if I tell you that even your uncontrollables can transform you?

What if I tell you that the moment you initiate the change yourself, life is all yours! ❤️ Welcoming you into the category of happy, vibing and cherishing people!

So yeah! We had a long journey of "What Ifs"

"Change is the only constant "

The easy it is to read this in one go, quite difficult it is to incorporate it in our lives!

This post is all about learning what is embracing change!

Something about which every personal development philosophy speaks!

So here, I go with some questions😁

Why is it important to embrace change?

Change is the law of nature. Anything that works against nature, stops thriving. Life is not about survival it's about thrival! I'm sorry for a self modified word. Life is a lesson! Lessons reach you only when you adapt and grow upon changes.

What is that one core mantra that helps embrace change?

Attitude! Attitude determines your altitude! The more flexible and open we are to changes, the more we grow! The more we grow, the more contented we feel!

What about the changes that are not within our control? And yet we get trapped in them?

I empathise with you that some changes are really distressing! And inability to manage them turns your responses/reactions wild. They make you feel, Why Only Me? They are sometimes not even inside our circle of influence!

But guys, there's always a second vision staring right there at you! It says, "What is it trying to teach me?"

And telling yourself that this is my opportunity to learn! God blessed me with this chance to grow! 🪴

So the choice is yours, which one you pick up!

How do we embrace change?

1. Acceptance of the situation is the very first step! Most of us remain in a state of denial!

2. Be kind and compassionate with yourself while doing this! Tell your beautiful soul out there, that it's okay to not be okay! I will learn out the right way! And that slow progress is still progress!

3. Taking due responsibility for your responses or reactions if they occurred. And you all can do that, pretty hearts!

4. Researching and learning about ways to better manage your situations.

5. Correcting them if you have the means and courage to do that!

We usually don't go back and recorrect our errors thinking that it was the past and now things cannot improve!

But But But!

The Brave Take The Bold Move Fearless!

And I tell you, you are already the winner! Why? Because you built that courage to recorrect the things that didn't happen right when the change examined you!

Conclusively,

Change is an examination that is meted out to all of us!

Where we are tested on three things -

1. Nature of our attitudes

2. One's ethical framework

3. Ability to take action steps at the right time with the right knowledge!

All this I talked about was much theory to give you all an idea about something that I will discuss in the coming posts.

In the next posts, I will share some ideas about what concrete action steps can be taken to develop such attitudes.

I would really appreciate that if you have read this till here! I am really grateful for your time and your effort!

I wish that you may tell your stance about embracing change and what do you think about it?

And also, if you could suggest me about ways of improving my writing here, I will be really grateful!

I am open to all genuine and transparent advices!

Regards,

Resilience ❣️😁

Great username @resilience2025, and what a wonderful post you've written!

Ill be honest xD theoretically I know Change is the only constant and we need to accept it etc etc, but oh yes, trueee, on how practically, it is still hard to accept and deal with change.

I guess human mind is hardwired to find it threatening and fear-striking at first, but also, quite amazing how we can always choose to and learn to evolve and adapt accordingly!

Attitude, as you mentioned being the defining factor! Mindset really does matter over everything else, however we choose to fuel it!

Thank youuu for sharing so many helpful insights, in a captivating way as well, and yes please, looking forward to more of your thoughts and expressions!⭐
