⭐ In 2025, I would like to eat healthier and get more physically active.
⭐ To do this, I need to stop putting inflammation causing (bad) foods in my body and get up and move my body.
⭐ I also want to prioritize myself, take more time out to self care, and get my mental health back on track.
⭐ And most importantly, I want to get back closer to God through drawing closer to him.
⭐ Ok, ok, there's a lot I need to do in 2025. But I'll just take it one day and a time.

To do this, I need to reflect more on what I can change and what not and find acceptance.

⭐In 2025, I would like to... make more time for my interests and hobbies!
⭐To do this I will need to... prioritize it in my planner! I put assignments, shifts at work, and cleaning tasks in my schedule but never pencil in time for my hobbies. I realized that even when I would tell myself to take care of myself and "hobby" more I never would truly prioritize it. So now I know that it works better to put it in writing. 😊
In 2025 I definitely want to take off at least 15 pounds, or 18. I am already on the atkins diet which is always good for me, which is focused on getting rid of the carbs, especially the bad carbs. I have worked out all my life, and always looked forward to it. However at this age I have become somewhat complacent with my work outs, so I need to re-group, get motivated, inspired again to get those work outs done, and not dread them.

To do this, I need to stop giving others too much priority, time, attention, and myself.
What do you want to work on? Staying happy or being more happy than I’ve ever been bc I more than earned that at this point.
How do you plan to get there? By thinking about what I wanna do or what will make me happy and do it without caring about how anyone else feels about it. Whoever it bothers, sorry but I gotta do whatever makes me happy long as it’s not harming anyone in anyway which it obviously won’t bc that’s not the type of person I or any kind person is.
