Thanks for sharing. That's fantastic news, well done! You should be proud of yourself, it's a very brave thing to do. I wish you luck, I stopped using almost 3 weeks ago. I find listening to an app called Calm Radio is quite calming, coming on here also and generally distracting myself like baking.
