Artist's Way join with me on the journey!
I will promote a healing way for all of you artist. The book is called the Artist way and week by week there are readings, exercises and challenges. Everyday you can choose what you want to focus on, the book is made for the course of the years and help you in more ways than you could have thought, i have been in and out of it but have chosen to restart it, anyone wanting to try this journey with me let me know and i will create a forum just for us if you'd like. Start your journey with mine, its not easy and there is a lot of work to do. But Iam with you for support.
Oh my goodness, yes! I've been looking for a group to do The Artists Way with. This is so wonderful. Did you change it to 12 months instead of 12 weeks?

I dare you to try this!
Once a week for at least one hour, take yourself one some small festive adventure.The idea is to try something new, something different. Time-outs are about awakening our sense of wonder. These ?breaks? are not about self-improvement, so don?t try to set something up for work. And remember, you are supposed to do these alone.
Positive Affirmation:
Create a positive affirmation, using your name and creative goal.Write it down ten times in a row, like when you were writing lines at school to remember something.

TOOL: Anger as a map
The book covers the different ways anger can be a productive feeling:
Anger is uncomfortable;
Anger is useful;
Anger announces our boundaries and goads us in the direction of our dreams;
If unchanneled, anger is a highly destructive force; and,
If channeled for change, anger is a booster rocket.
How does Anger help or hinder your artisticabilities?
What week are you on now? I started doing the book/workbook in May 2015. So slow going through this. I am on week #5 or 6.
