If you wait until you can do everything for everybody instead of something for somebody you'll end up doing nothing for nobody

There are mornings I have to give myself pat on the back just for geting out of bed and going (draging myself) to work. That is OKAY!

You Have to believe in yourself if you wish to succeed.

I've learned that we all can help each others! :)

I never took notice of my growth path. I guess it's because I only truly value what I think of me. I find it difficult to accept compliments etc and maybe a little bit patronising to be shown how well I've done.

But I get the idea. It's like in a game when you progress up it's a good feeling for some.

I became a listener I'm so happy

I learned that there are some good people out there. Wish there were more. People just don't make sense, doing things that they know are wrong and doing them anyways, what the hell do people expect

I learn here that I am not the only one with that kind of problems and makes me feel more normal. Because people here understand you and know what are you going true.

I've learned that don't trust everyone because people tend to play with your feelings sometimes
