I learnt im not alone :)

My personal milestone for today is that I said yes to having a milk shake with friendslate in the evening. Something I wouldn't have done a week ago, because my eating disorder got worse.

I learned some interesting facts about Iceland...

I got out of my bubble!

I think I have figured it out. And it will get better.

Everything can get better.

I learned some new stuff. Ihope everything will still be okay now.

Ive realised alot of intresting things will being on this site for the length i have done. And its absolutely incredible how many people feel so bad inside. And how many of us feel so alone, Crying and harming ourselves in un-imaginable ways. Some even taking their lives. I think its incredible that this website exists and its so so so... Amazing. Everybody who goes on this page is amazing.

If their is a single thing ive learnt its that

And im not lying... I came to this page because i was suicidal and insecure about my sexuality. And the amazing community here helped me so much. People in the chat are nothing but kind to one another and i cannot say thank you enough.

To those of you who are still sad:

When things look dark, You all need a reminder of what is truly important, You. You are amazing in your own way. No matter what anybody says, Doing what you enjoy is your freedom, Dont let anyone take that away from you.

If you think your parents hate you or dislike you or wont want to listen to what you have to say if you want to open up to them, Then remeber this, They brought you up, They hugged and kissed you when you cried, They held you in their arms as a child, They made the right decesions that ended up brining you, A absolutely gorgues and beatiful person into the world.

If you think you have no friends who understand you or like you, Well. You just came onto a siteFULL of people who love you and care for you. We are all friends here. Nobody judges anyone for anything. Do you have a problem? Just talk to us. 7CupsOfTea wont ever ever ever put you down. Because you are special..

Do you think you are ugly? Unliked? Or dislike something about you? Well. Somebody somewhere loves everylittle thing about you. Even if you cant see your perfections, Somebody can. Your parents love you. Your friends love you. Dont hate yourself because you can never change what you are. You are you and thats all. Move on. And love yourself.
