I learned I'm not over my parent's divorce yet.

I really enjoy the 3 things your grateful for. Doing it everyday has given me more time to concentrate on the positive things rather then focusing on the negative. I also think the deep breathing is a wonderful way to relax
I "graduated" from my psychiatrist earlier this week! I know sometimes I'll feel sad or scared or mad but these are all normal human emotions. And if I get to a point where I feel unhealthy, I know I'll go back! :)
I've learned that the first step for you to feel better is admit that you have a problem instead of keep it to yourself
I've learned that the walks I used to take at night (and will start taking again) aren't just a form of light exercise but a form of meditation. The peace I felt listening to soft classical music in one ear and nature in the other was something I don't feel any other time in my life. Meditation isn't just sitting cross-legged, trying to clear my mind.
