I've learned that it's better to talk it out than to keep it all bottled up inside

I've learned that there are nice people on this site that have shared the same experiences as me, and I'm not alone. :)

For a while I have been on a path to learn to love myself regardless of what others say and think about me. Although I am not completely in love with who I am, I am proud to say that I have come a long way and for that I am grateful.

To everyone else who is learning to love yourself;you're all wonderful, beautiful and intelligent in your own unique ways! Keep up the good work and good luck!<3

I've learned that no one is ever alone. Ever

I learned that I can't always help everyone, not even myself. But that's okay, and there will always be other people there to hold a hand out instead, and it's okay and it's not selfish to grab it.

You can find strength in other people, you don't always have to rely on yourself.

Ive learned there is always someone willing to help

I've learned that there are real people who understand the struggle of having a short fuse and that there are ways to manage it. I'm happy that I had someone to listen to me for a change. Feels awesome to be understood and not treated like a lost cause.

I've learned that there is no time to feel sorry for yourself. But, there is time to pick yourself back up, dust yourself off, and try your best to be ok again.
