Does anyone know if there's a way to access any of the mindfulness exercises besides just the one that shows up on your growth path occasionally? I enjoy those and would like to have access to any of them regardless of my growth path

Today I learned that if I think more positively and push the negative thoughts out of my head, I will be a lot happier and start to force the depression out of my life.
