I've learned that if I really want to change something I need to actually DO something to change it. I've been waiting all my life for the right moment, the right person, miracles that could change everything... All those things only exist if we really try hard to change what we don't like in our life.

one thing I learned? although this site is a nice way to distract myself I still do need professional help

I know my attitude makes all the difference, but how to overcome the negative feelings is still a struggle.
