I learned that members can help just as much or more than listeners.

I learned a lot of new terms and word that are related to LGBT.

when you give happiness then you get blessings...so start gethering them....

I learned it's okay to have needs of your own and that don't mean your selfish.

Don't try to impress someone, try to express yourself

I learned that I can make a difference

I am capable of doing hard things.

I've learned that it isn't good to keep things to yourself

Also, don't turn down someone when they want to help you
