Hello everyone, I hope you find Group Leadership & Development Course worth your time and efforts. We are glad to have you in this learning community.

We are introducing the Group Leadership & Development Course Help Center to share most of the information you would need in this learning journey. I hope you may find all this information helpful to take better steps in your learning phases of this course. The goal of setting up this help center is to provide all support and help you may need.

Eligibility to apply for the course!

We are offering the course with basic eligibility that you actually need to get started with the course i.e. a certain badge that gives you access to the chat rooms and you are able to practice your daily learning by participating in these chat rooms. As a GLDD Trainee, your essential checklist:

  • Read the “Acceptance Email” carefully and ensure you understand all parts shared in it.
  • Go through the “Requirements Checklist” to ensure that you fully understand the expectations of the course.
  • Take one step at a time and learn as you grow in this learning process. We are with you.

The course offers learning opportunities in three variants to ensure all interested trainees' interests are covered. Currently, the three tracks are:

For LISTENERS
  • Member Chat rooms track. Under this track, you are focused on member support chat rooms while you are learning. Examples of member support chat rooms are: Support Room 24/7, Member Community Room, Sharing Circle, Anxiety Support, Depression Support, Relationship Support, and so on
  • Listeners Chatroom track: Under this track, you are focused on Listener support chat rooms while you are learning. Examples of Listener Chat rooms are Listener Support Room, Teen Listeners, Friendship Room, Listener Community Room, and so on.
For MEMBERS

Member Chat rooms track: Under this track, you are focused on member support chat rooms while you are learning. Examples of member support chat rooms are: Support Room 24/7, Member Community Room, Sharing Circle, Anxiety Support, Depression Support, Relationship Support, and so on
