One of my favourite core memories is the first time I mustered enough courage to reach out to an acquaintance, and that day we talked for hours! They eventually became one of my closest friends 💕

This memory is one I always keep in the forefront of my mind. It was the day I was able to save a patient who had coded. I was in their room doing my job; when suddenly I had to start CPR. The memory is very crisp and clean in my mind. I remember becoming hyperfocused on what I was doing. This person went on to live many more years. This happened in 1982; and I can see it like it was yesterday. It has shaped how I treat people and how best I can help them. ❤️

The time when I first realized I also was worth of doing something good, I could in fact do better. Which brought me to 7cups
The day I met my first dog. His name was Bow he was a Bichon Maltese. All white. My family tried to keep him a secret but it is very hard to keep secret from me. Was around Christmas a few weeks before I would here him yip at night but no one would tell me he was in the house. I remember on Christmas I just opened up a toy white dog you can walk on a leash. So I’m thinking this toy was the yipping that I herd, he walks into the room and I wasn’t sure if he was real or fake. He was so tiny and walked just like the robot dog. He walked in-front of me and tried to bark but fell down. After that I knew he was real and he was my best friend until he past away. Lived 21 yrs! I never felt so loved and happy.

Christmas when I was 5-ish, I got a little camera and I loved that thing. I recently found it again. So many memories

I remember being very young and my dad letting me play Mario 64 for the first time. I wasn't vary good at it, but was really happy to be playing the game with my dad. once I got better at it, we played Mario kart together. we had so many fun times playing those games.
