Seeking inputs & Suggestions - General Discipline & Focus
Hi All,
I've been struggling lately with general discipline and focus.
I was very active in planning my days and weeks, my exercise routine, my eating habits etc. However, there has been a couple of incidents both on the personal and professional front which resulted in a disturbed routine. This resulted in a very poor schedule for me. For the last 2-3 months, I don't have any excuse of not going back to my routine which was highly productive for me.
However, I end up wasting time on mindless internet browsing, chatting, and watching videos, and get up late in the night and regret the next day morning.
Has anyone faced this issue? Any suggestions to get out of this?

It is hard but you seeing it .... is a good step realizing the items that are holding you up.
what i do is recognize my rationalizations and force myself back into specific bed time or make tighter schedules to get X item done by this time etc
Rationalizations are the reason people say they can put things off ..."i will do it tomorrow." etc
