Fidgets

Does anyone have any fidget toys that they use to help with anxiety/adhd/bfrb?

I usually keep a few with me to help with my anxiety. My favorites thus far are my thinking putty and my fidget cube. I'm also looking into getting one of the squeezy bean keychains. Having fidgets helps me self soothe and prevents me from pulling my hair/picking my skin etc. I have found that using them in class helps me a lot when I feel stressed out, and it also helps me focus on lectures.

Play-Doh helps me, there's a lot you could do with it. Fidget spinners are fun too.
