sadness

i just feel this deep deep sadness everyday and i don’t know how to get rid of it. it’s a huge weight and ache in my chest that feels like it’s always weighing me down.

I had same feelings .Try meditation , it will take some practice but doing it can help you feeling calm and relax .

I'm sorry to hear you are struggling. It isn't easy when you are sitting in those feelings. When I have felt like that I pull out my journal and start writing. I just keep writing, and I put it all down. I don't censor myself and often times that helps to pull back the layers of the onion and begin to reveal the issue(s). It has helped me tremendously. I begin to see the light through the darkness.

Sometimes, for me, it has been fear, loss, sense of confusion, and many times I just found that it was my obnoxious inner critic playing head games. I have learned my self-doubt is the thing that weighed me down, told me I was worthless, I couldn't make what I want happen, etc, which lead me to feel depressed, down, hopeless. When I started to trust myself again, believe in myself again, things got infinitely easier.

I am not sure what it is for you that is making you feel blue, but maybe the journaling can help you to hear your own voice and your own feelings.
