hey i have a bit of a technical question
so i am able to post threads in communities and reply and everything but i can't chat with anyone. even noni. whenever i type something into the chat box and hit enter it doesn't go through? i cant join group chats either. it used to work and now it doesnt, can someone please help?

Ah that's confusing to me also. 😮 Have you tried using all three? App, 7 cups on mobile browser and pc/ web version. Is this the same everytime?
Perhaps refreshing or clearing your app's/ device's cache/ cookies respectively might help?
I'm not one with the tech stuff lol! But I hope something here makes it work. 🌻
